How to do this?
- Walk with head held high – try walking barefoot on grass and sand for best results
- Breath through your nose; use long deep breaths – this will warm and humidify the air you breathe in, filter dust and germs, allows the whole lung to fill with air
- Straighten your back when you sit (your mum was right…)
- Use meditation and mindfulness techniques regularly
- Smile and laugh regularly (start by smiling and laughing at your self)
- Drink 250 ml water (room temperature) – up to at least 2 litres per day, keeps you hydrated, reduces brain fog, maintains internal digestion, helps clear your liver and kidneys
- Reduce toxins in your body by eating a wide variety of fresh fruit and vegetables, moderate alcohol intake, reduce tablet intake
- Stretch your main muscles in your body – yoga is fantastic
- Choose a good well supporting mattress and sleep 7-8 hours per night
