- When your alarm goes off get out of bed straight away (staying in bed can encourage brain fog and lethargy)
- Do not look up anything on your phone, laptop, television or computer for at least 60 minutes
- Use the first 60 minutes of your day to; shower (including cold), meditate, stretch (including yoga), write in your journal, eat a healthy breakfast
- Get outside and walk for at least 5 minutes (watch the sunrise if you can), try walking barefoot on grass or sand
- Smile and interact with others in a positive way
- Reduce coffee intake to 1-2 cups per day (drink more water at least 2 litres per day)
- Visualise, meditate and relax in a quiet environment for 20 minutes in the evening
