7 Effective Habits to Change Your Daily routine

  1. When your alarm goes off get out of bed straight away (staying in bed can encourage brain fog and lethargy)
  2. Do not look up anything on your phone, laptop, television or computer for at least 60 minutes
  3. Use the first 60 minutes of your day to; shower (including cold), meditate, stretch (including yoga), write in your journal, eat a healthy breakfast
  4. Get outside and walk for at least 5 minutes (watch the sunrise if you can), try walking barefoot on grass or sand
  5. Smile and interact with others in a positive way
  6. Reduce coffee intake to 1-2 cups per day (drink more water at least 2 litres per day)
  7. Visualise, meditate and relax in a quiet environment for 20 minutes in the evening
